In the vast arena of modern manufacturing, injection molding processing has become one of the core technologies in the manufacture of plastic products because of its precision, efficiency and versatility. However, just as a painter must carefully select pigments before splashing colors on a canvas, the success of injection molding depends largely on the wisdom of material selection. Also, the shrinkage of the material is an important factor that affects the dimensional stability of the finished product. For example, polyethylene (PE) and polystyrene (PS) are often used to produce a variety of packaging containers because of their excellent flowability and moderate shrinkage.
3. Cost effectiveness: In the business world, cost is always an important point of consideration. The cost of a material includes not only its initial price, but also the cost of maintenance and possible replacement throughout its life cycle. Therefore, when selecting materials, we need to balance performance needs with cost constraints. Sometimes it may be a more economical choice to use a lower cost material and optimize the design to meet the performance requirements.

Choosing the right material is like selecting the right dancing shoes for this dance; it makes the whole production process smoother and the final product more perfect.
