The setting of process parameters is also critical to injection molding. These parameters include injection pressure, injection speed, holding time, cooling time, and so on. Correct parameter settings allow the plastic to fully fill the mold, ensuring the shape and dimensional accuracy of the product, while also reducing the generation of stress and improving the overall performance of the product. Therefore, according to different plastic materials and product design requirements, reasonable parameter setting is another key link to ensure product quality.
In the actual production process, it is also necessary to pay close attention to changes in environmental temperature, humidity and other factors, as they also have an impact on the processing performance of plastics. For example, in a high-temperature or low-temperature environment, certain plastic materials may suffer from poor fluidity or excessive flow, thus affecting the quality of the product.
