Second, the mould design in the process of aluminium stamping processing is also an important factor affecting the quality of stamped parts.
The design of the mould needs to be considered according to the shape, size and production batch of the stamped parts. Unreasonable design of the mould will lead to inaccurate shape and large size deviation of the stamped parts, which may even lead to damage of the mould. Third, the setting of process parameters in aluminium stamping processing also has a direct impact on the quality of stamped parts.
Process parameters mainly include stamping speed, stamping depth, stamping gap and so on. If the process parameters are not set reasonably, it may lead to the quality of the stamped parts.
Fourth, the environmental factors in the aluminium stamping process also need to be considered.
Changes in ambient temperature and humidity can affect the physical properties of aluminium, which in turn affects the effect of stamping processing. For example, the strength and hardness of aluminium will be reduced in a high temperature environment, which may lead to a decline in the quality of stamped parts.
Fifth, the treatment of aluminium after stamping processing is also an important link that affects the quality of stamped parts.
The treatment after stamping processing mainly includes deburring, cleaning, rust prevention and other steps. These steps can not only improve the surface quality of stamped parts, but also extend the service life of stamped parts.
