The appearance of swirling patterns in the processing of plastic parts is usually due to the uneven flow of plastic when filling the mold. Prevention is always better than cure. It is critical to have a rigorous quality control system in place during the processing of plastic parts. Through rigorous inspection of raw materials, processing and final products, possible problems can be detected and solved in time to avoid swirls.
