However, in practice, we need to pay attention to some key factors to ensure the accuracy and quality of hole processing.
First, we need to clarify the location and direction of the hole. Before hole machining, we need to accurately mark the location and direction of the hole according to the design drawings. This is to ensure that the position and direction of the hole is consistent with the design requirements, otherwise it may affect the assembly and use of the product. Therefore, we must operate in strict accordance with the requirements of the drawings.
Second, we have to choose the right punching tool. For special size holes, we may need to use special punching tools. These tools usually have higher precision and better wear resistance, which can ensure the processing quality of the holes as well as prolong the service life of the tools. Therefore, we need to choose the right punching tool according to the size and shape of the hole.
Third, we need to control the speed and strength of punching. Punching speed and strength has a great impact on the processing quality of the hole. If the speed is too fast or the strength is too large, it may lead to irregular shape or large size deviation of the hole. Therefore, we need to reasonably control the speed and strength of punching according to the nature of the material and the size of the hole.
