Exploration of the causes of injection mould processing difficulties
Injection moulds play an important role in modern manufacturing industry, it is through the molten plastic into the mould, rapid cooling and moulding, so as to create a variety of shapes and sizes of plastic products. However, in the actual injection moulding production process, injection mould processing is often faced with many difficulties, such as the following points:
1. Complex part geometry
Injection moulds are usually used to produce products with complex geometries, such as automotive parts, household appliance housings and so on. These complex geometries require mould designers to be experienced and highly skilled in order to ensure that the parts will not be deformed or shrink during the moulding process.
2. High precision and quality requirements
Injection mould processing needs to ensure precision at the same time, to ensure that the product surface finish, dimensional stability and other indicators to meet the requirements. In order to meet these requirements, need to invest a lot of human, material and financial resources, constantly update the processing equipment and methods to improve the mould processing level.
3. Material selection and heat treatment process

4. Limitations of injection mould processing equipment
Injection mould processing, processing equipment precision, rigidity, cutting efficiency and other factors will affect the processing quality and efficiency of the mould.
5. Cost and cycle time pressure
In the process of injection mould processing, the cost of design and manufacturing, as well as the cycle time is a huge pressure on the mould manufacturer. In order to reduce cost and cycle time, mould manufacturers need to continuously improve production efficiency, optimize process flow and reduce scrap rate. However, in practice, these goals are often contradictory, how to ensure the quality of the mould and processing results under the premise of achieving cost and cycle time optimization, is a major challenge for mould manufacturing enterprises.
