Shenyang Longdy Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd was established in 2003, which is specialized in developing & manufacturing auxiliary switches,  limit travel switches, micro switches and designing and manufacturing precision mould, and processing precision punching parts and plastic parts  as well. Our company has passed ISO9001 QMS audit in 2005, and as well as the ISO9001:2008 QMS audit in 2009. The quality control and management  covered the whole process from supplier control to customer service of the production and operation. At the same time we have passed the  GB/T28001-2011 OHSMS audit and ISO14001:2004 EMS audit. The products quality has been continuously improved through well establishment  and implement of integrate management system, and qualified products reached 99% and on time delivery 100% since 2008. Our company is capable of punching, riveting and welding, machining, plastics injecting and mould designing and manufacturing. Most parts of  our products are produced independently to guarantee the quality and delivery time; our advanced testing device and equipment make sure to  accomplish all the inspections of incoming materials, semi-finished and finished products. All of our products are designed and manufactured  according to the national standard of GB/T14048.5-2008 (equivalent to IEC60947-5-1) and have passed the inspections of Shanghai Testing &  Inspection Institute for Electrical Equipment and National Mechanical Industries Low Voltage Anti-Explosion Electrical Products Quality  Supervising & Inspecting Center. In 2007 the FK series products passed the type test conducted by Darmstadt University of Germany. Our  products have reached the international advanced level. Furthermore, our company was entitled the “Excellent Supplier” by ABB Company for  four consecutive years 2013-2016. And we also won the “Excellent Supplier” prize from China XD for three years in a row 2014-2016. Our company is capable of researching & designing and manufacturing products independently. Up till now, we have already developed and  manufactured auxiliary switches for 19 series (including FK, FH, FR, FC, FB, FA, S100, CWA, C2, LFZ, LXB, LAA, LFD, LFE, LFF, LFG, LZA, LZB and LZC  series), more than 400 specifications, with production capacity of 150000 sets per year. The product are sold in China, and also exported to many  countries including Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Bulgaria, America and Mexico etc.The company has declared 19 utility model patents and 2  invention patents successfully, 3 invention patents are in application. In addition, products have passed 3C certification.
